This is a brand new home with a huge backyard with nice turf. I designed the floor plan and just finished building it. You will be the very first person to live in it. It's on a dead end street, so no traffic. Fenced yard with a gate. No backyard neighbor. Nice finishes. Lots of storage closets. Full 2 car garage with 8' door. There is an HOA, but I pay that so you don't have to. The deposit of $2,050 and first month rent ($1,950) are due before you move in, along with proof that utilities have been transferred. If you have a pet, we charge a pet rent of $50 per month per pet and a $500 deposit. We discourage two large pets but will consider up to two small, well behaved pets. No smoking.
